Water for Elephants
I really enjoyed this book but I could have done without the descriptions of animal abuse. While they had their place in the story I just cant read or hear that kind of stuff and not be disgusted.I'm glad I took a friends advice and listened to the audiobook. This was the kind of book I never would have enjoyed if reading it but listening to the narrators brought it alive.
The story shifted between then and now and the narrators were different for the young Jacob and the senor Jacob.
Highly recommended for audiobook people that would normally not have read the book.
